I requested the removal and stump removal of some trees in my garden that had become unmanageable. The couple worked efficiently and quickly, and after the work was done, the area was very clean with not a single leaf scattered around. The price was also more reasonable than anywhere else I found online, so I am truly grateful.

This was my first time requesting services from Matsumoto Landscaping.

I asked them to cut down a large, overgrown Japanese cypress tree.

After seeing their website and the reviews here, I contacted them immediately, and they came to give me an estimate the same day. They're incredibly quick to act.

Due to the recent continuous rain, working at heights is dangerous, so their schedule was backed up, and even with immediate booking, it would be about three weeks from now.

I thought, "This autumn rain front is a bit too aggressive!", but the owner's phone manner was very friendly and easy to talk to, which left a good impression, so I decided to book them.

I spent my days wishing I had found Matsumoto Landscaping sooner, but then, lo and behold! They contacted me saying, "We were working nearby after a brief break in the rain, and the work finished earlier than expected, so we have some free time, and we can't get in touch with the other people who booked with us, so would you be interested?"

What incredible luck! They were able to come and cut down the tree on short notice!

The garden trees were overhanging the road and I was worried they might get hit by a large vehicle, but the work was done very quickly by the couple working together. They were very careful of passing cars and pedestrians, and the job was completed without incident in about an hour. They also used a large vacuum cleaner to clean everything perfectly, and the view is much better now. I'm very satisfied.

The price was also very reasonable, and it was a very pleasant experience.

Thank you so much for everything!

The trees in my parents' garden had grown quite large, and it had been bothering me for a long time. I contacted Matsumoto Landscaping, and they came to inspect the garden and give me an estimate that same day.

A few days later, they cut down the trees, and the garden is now neat and bright.

Thank you also for the advice regarding other plants.

I am very satisfied with their prompt response and reasonable price. I will definitely contact them again if I need anything else.

I was unable to use my usual landscaper, so I used your service for the first time. Since it was my first time, I had many anxieties, but from the initial estimate stage, you were quick and courteous, and I felt confident entrusting the job to you.

On the day of the work, despite the long hours from 8 AM to past 2 PM, you did a very thorough job. Due to various circumstances, I hadn't been able to maintain the garden for about two years, so the plants had grown quite long and the garden was in poor condition, but now it's neat and tidy. My family was smiling, and I'm so glad I asked Matsumoto Landscaping to do the work. I'll definitely be using your services again in about a year.

We had the overgrown garden and front entrance of my parents' house taken care of. Because of the nature of the garden, it was almost entirely manual work, and I imagine it was very difficult, especially considering the temperature, but I'm so grateful for the beautiful results! They also cut down dead trees and pruned, making the garden look completely different and neater.

The estimate was quick, and their flexibility in rescheduling the work due to bad weather was very helpful.

I trusted the reviews here and asked Matsumoto Landscaping to do the work. They are kind people, and their prices are reasonable, so I felt completely at ease entrusting the job to them.

I would definitely like to ask them again when the time comes!

Thanks to them, the area looks much neater, the atmosphere has changed, and I'm extremely satisfied.

Although the work was done in heavy rain, they cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and it still looked clean when I saw it on a sunny day later.

The price was also reasonable compared to other companies, making it easy to ask them for help. I would definitely use their services again if the opportunity arises.

I recently requested the removal of a very large tree in front of my house. Previously, they charged 40,000 yen for cutting one tree (up to the middle), but they cut it down for a much cheaper price: 5,000 yen for a small tree and 20,000 yen for a large tree cut down to the root. They also provided several different estimates, and the process was completed in a way that met both my needs and budget. The appearance of my house has changed dramatically, and I'm very happy with the result. They didn't just roughly cut the tree; they cleaned up the area neatly and even gave me advice on how to maintain the tree in the future. I'm very satisfied with the careful work they did! I requested the removal of several trees in my garden. Since this was my first time hiring someone for garden tree removal, I was honestly worried about potential additional charges not listed on their website or aggressive sales tactics. However, there was absolutely none of that. On the contrary, they clearly answered all my questions during the estimate, even inspecting the trees in person to determine the cost for stump removal and pruning. The estimate was free and prompt. I had compared quotes from several home improvement stores, but theirs was the most reasonable.

The work was also done quickly and carefully.

They pruned the plants in my home.
As mentioned in other posts,
the estimate was completed the same day...
The plants were quite root-rooted,
but they carefully removed them until the very end.

They asked me to give them a 4 star rating because they were worried that all the 5 star reviews seemed fake,
so I was very satisfied, but reluctantly I'll give them a 4 star rating...
